Flash Development / Flex Programming

Flash continues to be the prevailing technology for creating interactive graphics / animation on websites, including those created by NetFuelSM. To complement its basic features, such as animation and playing videos, Flash also has its own programming language, ActionScript. This makes it a very powerful web technology, capable of doing just about anything – from dynamically loading content (text, images and videos) to advanced interactive features and integration with backend systems or databases.
The Flash Player is required.
We developed this custom Flash module for a client that wanted interactive navigation, just like the TED website.
Flex is an open source framework developed by Adobe that is optimized for dynamically rendering content and reducing the effort to develop Flash applications (as compared to traditional methods in Flash). An advantage to using Flex is that applications can run as web applications, using a web browser, or as desktop applications using Adobe Air.
NetFuelSM has developed advanced programmatic features using both Flash and Flex technologies. Whether it is Flash for a website or a custom application using Flex, we get it done.
