For private equity firms, our experience led us to develop LP Gateway, a product based on an application originally designed to just present investor / LP statements online. LP Gateway has since evolved to include many other features. ScreenMatter has also designed websites and developed custom web applications for private equity firms.
For the firm / operations
ScreenMatter developed the LP Gateway portal to allow private equity firms to provide information to investors online, which has replaced the need on sending items using the postal service. The message center allows the firms to send email to all investor contacts providing the level of customer service they have come to expect. LP Gateway also prompts users to periodically update their contact information helping to ensure that
For investors
We have created the websites that portray the firm’s brand to prospective investors and developed online tools that share information with the limited partners. LP Gateway includes features that allow investors / LPs to view statements online and download data to Microsoft Excel. Investor users can also download fund statements, quarterly / annual reports and view recent news.
